To implement HCM functionality over multiple projects

Job Description:

• HCM Business Requirements Analysis and Design
• HCM configuration in modules like: Personnel Admin, Advanced Organisational management, Training and event management, Personnel development, Talent management, Performance management, Enterprise Compensation Management
• Knowledge of processes and forms
• Documentation and training material skills
• Integration between HCM modules and other SAP modules
• Integration between HCM and 3rd party systems like e learning solutions
• HCM Authorizations
• Data migration and LSMW
• Knowledge to resolve problems on projects
• Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP HCM negative as well as positive time management
• Implementation and support of various SAP Time management installations
• Updating of system documentation and excellent customer communication
• Facilitation of workshops to determine requirements and mapping of those requirements to SAP functionality
• Project and solutions scoping, definition and quotations
• Transfer SAP HCM Time management skills and knowledge to junior SAP consultants

Qualifications and experience required:

• SAP HCM Certified Consultant
• Solid SAP ERP functional implementation experience
• An appropriate degree/diploma.
• At least 5 SAP HCM full life-cycle implementations.
• Local and international travel may be required when necessary
