Description:

The position is responsible for the delivery of a construction project that is Concrete Structures in particular water retaining structures ensuring profitable, and quality completion thereof

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Co-ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in contract.
Liaises with clients, site staff and agreed quantities programmes etc.
Sets and maintains production targets and operates within prescribed budgets.
Submits monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates.
Sets and maintains work sequences and construction programmes.

Skills, Experience & Education:

BSc / BTech Construction Management / Civil Eng. Degree or Diploma.
A minimum of 10 years heavy civil Concrete construction experience.
The applicant must have leadership qualities and be innovative.
Must be prepared to travel.
