Duties:
Hi-Site wireless installation/maintenance.
VOIP PBX installation/maintenance.
Network installation/maintenance.
Implement & manage network infrastructure.
Hardware installation for server and network infrastructure.
Troubleshooting technical issues and managing problems.
Monitoring and managing performance of the local networks.
Maintaining VPN connections.
Documentation of systems and infrastructure.
Assisting with general neatness of the office IT environment.
Manage new projects and implementations of network/server infrastructure.

Experience:
Experience in installing, upgrading, supporting and maintaining Windows based operating systems.
Must be efficient in installing and managing linux based operating systems. (CentOS).
Detailed knowledge of mail systems (POP3, SMTP, IMAP).
Intermediate knowledge of firewalls and networking (NAT, PPTP / IPSEC VPN) on Mikrotik devices.
Knowledge of virus and malware removal.
Knowledge of implementing archiving and backup solutions.
Knowledge of server infrastructure hardware.
Strong troubleshooting ability and results focused approach.
Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Advantageous:
MikroTik or Ubiquiti experience
IT and/or Wireless Installation experience
Mechanical & Electrical experience
