• 3 year tertiary qualification preferred in Marketing, Media studies or related filed or equivalent
• Project management experience in social media and CSI efforts
• Experience with social media and CSI efforts
• Excellent knowledge about and experience of all social media platforms on a strategic, practical and technical level
• Experience with social media and CSI budgets and managing effectively throughout a campaign, including media
• Marketing or promotional experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of current and developing marketing communications strategies across social media
• Must understand best practices across multiple social media platforms and the knowledge base to develop best practices for emerging media types
• Visual communications skills such as photography and multimedia a plus
• Creating, managing and growing the company’s presence of social media platforms on strategically relevant online mediums
• Developing and implementing digital marketing programs with primary focus on social media
• Content Creation: writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communication materials and material for social media channels
• Summarise insights and conversation to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimisation
