Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Develop relevant content topics to reach target customers
• Create, curate and manage all published social media content (images, video, written, etc.)
• Be an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
• Analyse campaigns, review, and report on effectiveness in order to maximise results

Minimum Requirements
• Min Grade 12.
• Marketing degree/diploma advantageous. Relevant work experience essential
• Computer Literate (MS Office suite & Photoshop or similar)
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in
different scenarios (I.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Motor Industry
• Understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics advantageous
• Winning Social Customer Service Techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
• Excellent writing and language skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent customer orientation
• Drivers License

Salary structure:
