Leading ISP in Stellenbosch is recruiting for a Social Media Coordinator to join their dynamic team
Reports to: Head of Marketing

Online Customer Service / Social Listening
• Manage online customer care through the use of a social listening tool, helping clients resolve problems at our companies – 90% online and 10% telephonically
• Will create weekly reports of the ‘’customer happiness levels’’ on all of our brands
• Will drive NPS as a critical metric throughout the company, and will initiate e-mailer campaigns that measures this through Survey Monkey
• Will monitor social media for sales opportunities, through the use of a social listening tool, and share these with various stakeholders
• Follow-up on customers; close tickets
• Will be required to work shifts

Social Media Publishing
• Publishing of social media content
• Monitor of digital marketing campaigns
• Measurement of customer satisfaction through surveys sent via e-mail

Qualification and experience

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Marketing degree/diploma would be advantageous
