E-Commerce/Social Media Manager - Fashion

Location: Goodwood, Cape Town
Salary: R18k – R20k per month

About the Role:
A menswear fashion brand is recruiting for an E-Commerce/Social Media manager to manage all published content for the brand. The purpose of this role is to manage all online communications and e-commerce. You will be responsible for content creation, curation, advertising and customer engagements across all digital platforms: social media, blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, mailers and the website.

Degree (copywriting/communications/digital marketing)
Two to three years' work experience as a social media community manager/e-commerce manager
Exceptional writing skills and command of the English language.
Solid understanding of web design and web analytic software.
Strong MS Office skills.
Experience in marketing and technology.
Experience with bulk editing and Google AdWords
Leadership and creative problem-solving skills required.
Meticulous and attention to detail is a must.
Valid driver’s licence with own transport.

Social Media
Content creation and curation - curate, and manage all published content
Social media marketing - creating, managing and growing the company's social presence through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other strategically relevant online properties.
Customer relations - monitor, listen and respond to customers cultivating leads and sales.
Online reviews and reputation - manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
Brand ambassadors and influencers marketing - manage brand ambassadors and leverage on content generated.
Social media pages look and feel - oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)
Campaigns development and management - design, create and manage promotions and paid ad campaigns on social media platforms. Understand the company audiences and targeting by platform and continuously changing online media tools and solutions.
Analytics - using Google Analytics, social media analytics, mailer analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
Maintaining and overseeing the updating the company’s website.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, and Email Marketing.
Responsible for all e-commerce online activities.
Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the brand and generating increased online sales.
Capturing data and providing analytic reports of online sales and activities with recommendations.
Performing additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
