Social Media Manager

You will be part of a close-knit team, reporting into the Social Media Team Lead and the Head of Social Media, but also working closely with creatives, client service, project managers and the content production team.


Responsibilities:

• Develop content plans
• Daily community management
• Engage with online influencers and media (social PR)
• Provide strategic insights, ideas and trend analysis
• Ensure all campaigns are socially aligned and amplified
• Advise on the development of social media campaigns
• Guide internal staff in social media best practice
• Present to and liaise with clients and suppliers
• Reporting and ORM

Skills and qualifications required:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding and PR communications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advertising or digital marketing qualification preferred
• Exceptional writing ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High level of creativity, logic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and be proactive
• Extensive experience in managing social media platforms
• Experience and confidence in dealing with clients
• At least three years’ experience in a similar role
