POSITION DESCRIPTION:
• Listening, posting & responding to users/fans/prospects across many platforms
• Owning Social Media activity calendar (planning, ideation, execution & reporting at both national & local levels)
• Must be well versed using Facebook ads manager and the Twitter - Promoted Products platform
• Moderate, respond and amplify content
• Create and curate relevant content using the appropriate tone when engaging with those communities
• Tracking, reporting, analysis & insight generation for Social Media (e.g. what's working or not, ideas for innovation, where should we invest?)
• Participate in collaboration with agency partners to plan, ideate & execute paid and owned activities
• Ability to assist with activities outside of social media including research, presentation creation, review of documents

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Web savvy with a keen understanding and passion for social media
• Currently maintain an active presence in online space across a variety of social media platforms
• Detail-oriented with the ability to write persuasive, grammatically correct and effective copy without oversight
• Solid organisational & planning skills
• Independent worker, strong customer focus, team player, highly developed interper-sonal communication skills
• Stay current on new or emerging social media platforms (recognise its benefits, fea-tures and recommend if the company should incorporate into social media offerings)
• Able to multi-task while working on multiple projects at any given time
• Experience in reporting and analytics
• Understand how to create & execute a brand-appropriate voice (non-corporate) which can build authentic, relevant, interactive consumer relationships in social media
• Using consumer research & insights in business planning
• Where needed, support associates with events including planning, preparation and onsite management
