REPORTS TO: Digital Marketing Manager
BASED IN: Bryanston

Job Objectives
Responsible for the managing and the uploading process of all our content (across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and our website.) Monitoring our social media platforms, engaging directly with the community members and relaying any valuable insights/finds to the team 3) assisting in idea generation and assisting with headline generation.

The ideal candidate for this role is customer-centric and have a native understanding of social media, culture and trends, superior communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Setting and implementing social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Scheduling of Social Media Posts (paid and organic)
• Setting up and observing paid campaigns
• Social Media Community Management (Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner)
• Compiling basic Social Media Reports
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology and social trends
• Tracking Social Media Analytics
• Basic content calendar creation
• Basic audience creation
• Knowledge of Instagram influencer campaigns
• Occasional on site live posting
• You should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Requirements
• 2-3 Years Proven work experience as a community manager
• Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube
• Hands on experience with Business/Ads Manager, Google Drive/Docs, Youtube, Instagram
• Ability to identify and track relevant social metrics
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Writing skills
• Collaborate graphic designers and strategist
• Hands on experience with social media management for brands
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good organisational and time-management skills
