Your key job responsibilities as the Social Media & Programmatic Display Manager in Cape Town will include:

- Define and implement social media strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness internationally
- Execute, monitor and optimize display & social media campaigns based on goals and KPIs
- Define and optimise marketing budgets for multiple campaigns
- Manage reputation and brand across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Twitter
- Develop and oversee a Social Media pipeline of engaging, accurate and on-message content
- Collaborate with our analytics team to continuously improve Social Media performance through the creation of reports and detailed analysis on campaign performance
- Supervise a team of multilingual social media interns
- Act on new social media developments, trends and opportunities
- Deploy communication strategies with existing clients through email marketing campaigns

Your key job responsibilities as the Social Media & Programmatic Display Manager in Cape Town:

- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Math, Engineering, Computer Sciences or business
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset and a good grasp of numbers
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a digital industry or a related field
- An excellent grasp of and flair for the English language (knowledge of German, French, Spanish and/or Portuguese is a big plus!)
- A solid understanding of Facebook for Business
- A basic grasp of SEO principles and practices
- Familiarity with email marketing software
- An intermediate-level understanding of MS Excel and Google Analytics
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns from end to end
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- The ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure
- Passion for the digital marketing field
