Social Mobiliser: Youth Programme Dreams Project

A Healthcare Company who is passionate about providing Clinical Care to HIV positive adults, children and adolescents is currently looking for a dynamic and driven Social Mobiliser Youth Programme Dreams Project based in uMkhanyakude District, KZN.

The incumbent will be responsible for conducting outreach programmes for adolescent girls, young women and their male partners

Education, Training and Experience
• Grade 12
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• 1 year related experience
• Experience in HIV/AIDS related programmes

Key performance areas

• Conducting outreach
• Taking names and contact details of participants and helping book clients for services
• Maintaining documentation and draft/submit weekly reports about the geographic areas covered, number of participants reached, the number of participants booked for services.
