Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• B Degree in any of the following: Social Science; Human Behaviour; Human & Social Science (Development Studies or Community Development); Social Dynamics
• Management diploma/qualification would be advantageous
• Computer Literate
• 3 years related working experience
• Valid drivers’ license

Other Skills/Competencies:
• Good communication skills, particularly in English, with excellent quality academic writing skills
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Conflict Management
• Understanding of Socio-Economic dynamics and complexities
• Strong managerial skills
• Flair for working with external stakeholders and local municipalities
• Sensitive to the needs of the local communities
