Must Have Degree / Diploma in Social Work
Must be registered with a SACSSP
Experience in Employee Assistance and Management will be an advantage for the potential candidate.
Computer Literacy
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Public speaking
Drivers’ License – Code 8 is a pre-requisite
Willingness to travel distances by car

Assessment and intervention planning
Diary planning and Administration
Liaison and service level management

Be able to determine appropriate training topics to present to clients

Creating awareness with regard to counselling services offered & social issues
