Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a Soft Services Manager.

Key Performance Areas

• Managing of all Outsourced services on Company Campuses ( Irene/Kempton Park/Lyttelton) :
o Cleaning Services ( 3 contracts)
o Garden Services (2 contracts)
o Medical Services (1 contract 2 sites)
o External tenant switch board (Kempton Park)
o Project manage and develop the site in terms of facilities

Required Qualifications / Experience
• Certificate in Facility Management
• Matric(Grade12)
• 3 - 5 years Managerial experience
• 3 years working experience with Human Resources
• Experience in contract management and negotiations setting up tender documents
• Establishing measuring systems for service providers
• Experience in organising and managing people and mobilising people to get the best results.
