We urgently require a software service controller for our client in Jet park.
Specs below
• Must have solid computer skills
• Must be fluent in Windows operation including Microsoft office
• Must have Call Centre experience.
• Must be able to learn new CRM package (OMD)
• Must be fluent and very well spoken in English
• Must have good knowledge of areas in Gauteng and surrounding areas.
• A background in logistics will be a huge plus.
• Able to prioritise, manage and coordinate field technicians
• Strong Administrative Skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Be presentable at all times
• Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment
• High level of perseverance and able to work under pressure
• Time management skills essential
• Strong communication skills and must be able to communicate well with different types of clients • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving ability
• Must be able to become fully knowledgeable of the operating policies and procedures
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship
