Our Client in Boksburg Johannesburg is looking for a Senior Software Developer. The following duties details developing, maintaining software and programs.

Skills & Experience

5+ Years C# Development experience.
5+ Years Web Development with Client Server experience.

Experience and knowledge in:

JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Windows Forms Development
MSSQL Database Design, SQL and T-SQL

Must be able to understand client development requirements and develop off a functional specification.
Must be able to handle and solve development problems.
Must have experience with a multi layered .
Knowledge of OOB and Polymorphism required.
Must be able to work in a team.

Technical Requirements

Develops new programs as per requirements
Tests applications developed. Build Unit tests for all developments as per defined standards
Maintains and Supports existing systems
Does continual performance tuning of applications and program queries to optimize the performance.
Ensures that updates between various tables are accurate and balances

Communications

Provides general User support from within and outside the company and manages queries from initiation through to completion
Interacts with other teams as new changes and applications are implemented

Analysis and Design

Analysis and designs systems based on input given by users
Develop functional and technical documentation based on user and other input.
Document test acceptance specifying tests performed and results.

People Management

Manages all subject areas within an application system and controls the development and maintenance thereof.
Reviews staff performance and performs disciplinary action where required
