Maxxor is looking for a determined result-driven and self-driven Software Developer that is passionate about IT and would like to become a part of the company’s exciting, innovative work environment.

Role and Responsibilities:
o Deliver exceptional code that exceeds expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate project solutions
o Work comfortably in an agile software development environment
o Display understanding of and uphold the principles of Scrum and Kanban processes
o Design and develop applications using .NET technologies and Microsoft SQL Server
o Design and develop web and mobile front-ends using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
o Develop and design mobile applications for multiple mobile platforms
o Perform regular maintenance of existing code to uphold quality standards
o Test code for all outlined contingencies
o Create and perform unit tests on existing and new code
o Participate in design, code reviews, and peer coding sessions
o Draft technical specifications (when required)
o Document code based on documentation standards
o Be involved in ad-hoc projects that are not limited to the technologies listed above.
o Identify and address software quality issues as soon as they arise
o Proactively contribute ideas for new features and easily identify areas for improvement

Minimum requirements:
o Applicable degree, diploma or Microsoft developer certifications
o 3-5 years experience with web and mobile applications (IOS, Windows, and Android)
o Competent with web technologies and application technologies
o Competent with working in database technologies
o Competent with building interfaces
o Competent with applications in the app store
o Competent working within Jira as a supporting tool for projects
o Competent of various development methodologies
o Competent of Internet technologies
o Competent with managing Windows servers
o A good understanding of business processes and principals
o Able to work within a team as well as independently
o Enjoys complex coding challenges
o Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
