Qualification:
4 years’ experience in a Software Development role

Skills & Experience:
Strong Ruby-on-Rails skills preferred, however developers who excel in other object-oriented languages including C#, Java, Python or PHP with an aptitude and interest in learning Ruby-on-Rails should also apply
MySQL and/or PostgreSQL experience

Job Description:
Development of applications using full project life cycle.
Communicate via email, phone and in person to internal and external stakeholders in the development of new and existing products.
Translate non-technical objectives into technical solutions, and explain in a non-technical way the impact of technical problems.
Accurately estimate the time required to achieve a technical solution.
Split large technical solutions into short, measurable objectives.
Produce technical documentation (including code comments) and processes to be used by members of the team in maintaining developed systems.
Maintenance and support of existing operational systems.
