Duties:
Solution Development and Delivery
Assists in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions
Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.
Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
Project Execution
Understands project and development plans and can clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines
Adheres to coding standards defined by technical management.
Accurately employs development tools.
Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans.
Client Management
Values internal and external clients and responds to their needs.
Establishes effective working relationship with clients.
Follows established communication guidelines.
Uses good judgement in what and how to communicate with clients.
Professional Development

Requirements:
2- 3 years’ experience in C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL.
Exhibits proficiency in HTML5 and one scripting language
Possesses knowledge of XML/XSL
Good SQL skills in writing SQL statements and optimization.
Possesses knowledge of various database access methods and able to work with multiple Database technologies.
Demonstrates good understanding and application of object and component methodology and technology.
Possesses good understanding and application of classes, components, objects, and interfaces.
Recognises the fundamental difference between the various Internet browsers.
Sets high standards of performance for oneself.
Establishes harmonious working relationships with team members.
Appreciates each team member's contributions and values each individual member.
