• Must have solid existing web development skills
• Be capable of "owning" a feature and contributing to design and development discussions
• Must have 2-6 years experience in web development
• Looking to expand your knowledge and geta  chance to work on projects taht will integrate teh newest advances in web standards and technology
• Should be comfortable writing modern, stadards compliant HTML and accompanying CSS, as well as being familiar with developing web applications in an ASP>NET MVC framework
