Our Engineering Client is recruiting a Software Developer.

Role:
- Software, detail design/development and implementation.
- Implementation of customer requirements on existing systems.
- System analysis and design for new applications.
- Independent research and development.
- Software Support/Enhancements to existing software applications.

Skills and Experience
- At least 7 years practical experience in the development of C++ applications in Microsoft Windows Environment is essential
- Implementation of Communication between Applications and External Systems/Sensors
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming is essential
- Code refactoring skills essential
- GUI development is advantageous
- GIT & SVN experience is advantageous
- Microsoft Visual Studio C++
- Java Development Experience is advantageous
- Netbeans Platform API experience is advantageous
- QT Developments is advantageous
- Microsoft Windows environment
- Communication Protocols (TCP/IP, RS232, RS485, SNMP) is essential
- Database Development is advantageous
- Microsoft Office

Qualifications
- Technical Degree or diploma in Software development or equivalent.
