A Software Development Company in Pretoria is looking for Software Solutions Consultants with a related tertiary qualification (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years software development experience.

This position requires your own reliable transport as travelling to the clients’ premises is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform a principle consultant role assuming overall responsibility for defining a solution that matches clients’ business needs
- Meets with clients to gather, analyse and document business requirements and produce system requirements
- Development, setup & customisation of existing & new software solutions
- Senior support to assigned and non-assigned clients
- Participates in pre-sales activities using personal presence and product knowledge
- Negotiation and on-boarding of new clients
- Customer Relationship Management
- Manage the implementation of projects
- Facilitates and demonstrates system functionality to clients
- Mentorship and coaching of client staff and company staff

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Related tertiary qualification or equivalent (e.g. Information Technology, Informatics or related area of study)
- 5 years experience with software design and development on a Windows platform
- Proven proficiency in any of the following technologies:
** C#
** MS SQL database
** Firebird database
** DevExpress
** Visual Studio Online
** Web API 2.0
** Pentaho Kettle
- Integration experience using Web Services and DLLs.
- Experience in BPM/Workflow development/design (advantageous).
- General understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in English & Afrikaans is non-negotiable

SALARY RANGE: R45,000 - R52,000 per month, based on proven and demonstrated skills and expertise
