A corporate financial business environment seeks a Software Development Manager to take technical ownership of a set of applications for international markets clients.
The search focus is on finding exceptional technical specialists, coming from a Software Development background, Leading teams, displaying strong Project Management skills.
 
The person will:

• Managing a team of specialist resources, specifically resourcing and scheduling in the SDLC processes
• Acting as a Project Manager for selected projects
• Delivering specific projects to produce internal or external capacity 

 
Qualifications and experience:

• Tertiary degree (B. Engineer, B.Com, BSC)
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in software development (Java, C# etc.) for large commercial entities, or has demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Must have managed a software development team
• Project Management
• Solution Architecture
• Software development and testing
• SDLC, ITIL (Incident, Change, Release, Problem Management)
