Job Description:

Recruiting for a Software Development Manager to run a team of talented software developers in a software development space. You will need to be passionate about design, technically excellent, a leader, mentor and be able to execute on the vision and direction of the company.
8 or more years’ experience in software development
3+ years’ experience of demonstrated ability to manage and develop high performing development teams
Experience in the full Software development life-cycle and release management

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant qualification

Skills & Experience:

Experience with development engine or technology (e.g. HTML5, Flash, Unity, Cocos, Unreal Engine, DirectX, etc.)
Experience with game engine design and development
Experience in functional or functional-reactive programming paradigms

Salary: R90 000.
