Established market leader is increasing their staff compliment and is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Software Engineer. Responsibilities will include the designing and developing of server-side code and web interfaces for new and original networking solutions. Creating open source software and integrating between large-scale, real-world network devices and back-end servers to enable new features and automation capabilities. Develop software, enhance and integrate technologies into working solutions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
• BSc Comp/BSc Eng degree
• Analytical skills to identify problems
• Ability to create innovative software solutions
• UNIX/Linux
• PHP and/or Python
• C++ software development
• SQL database design and development
• LAN and WAN IP Networking
• Design requirements and processes required for new systems and capabilities and document complex systems
• Proficiency in web interface development highly advantageous
