Software Engineer -
Role and Responsibilities:
· Create, build and enhance features for our platform that is under active development, using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. Be part of a team that identifies solutions to our business challenges.
· Identify practices, tools, and relevant trends that can positively influence the team.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification (computer, engineering or maths-related studies a plus) Minimum 2 years of experience building Web applications (we are looking for junior, mid and senior developers)
· Experience with any object-oriented programming language
· Solid foundation in any dynamic language a plus
· Experience in agile practices such as pair-programming and TDD
· Technical Knowledge:
· Ruby (on Rails), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, REST, AWS, APIs
