Software/IT Client Account Manager – Braamfontein + Pretoria Based (Site Based)
To start by 01 August 2019 or sooner depending on notice period
One of the top Software Development companies in South Africa are currently looking for Client Account Managers with extensive experience in software to join their fast growing team. MUST HAVE A DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, SALES OR RELEVANT FIELD TO APPLY! This position requires the candidate to travel extensively nationally!
Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 CTC per month depending on experience

Requirements:
Matric
All relevant (previous and current) certified academic transcripts i.e. not proof of qualification, but the specific transcript (MUST ACCOMPANY CV)
DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, SALES OR RELEVANT FIELD – MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE), prefereably from UP; UJ; Wits or NWU
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager
Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
Own Transport
Ability to travel extensively nationally

Duties include, but are not limited to:
The purpose of the job is to develop strong relationships with clients (both new/old), connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
S/he will also respond to client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing and new clients in Gauteng and Pretoria.
Serve as the main point of contact for all client account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions (software development) according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests
