As a Software Trainer at our company you will be the technical point of contact for our customers. In this role, your job will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences by coordinating with our development teams, sales personnel and technical resources to educate our customers on our digital software offerings and integrations. You will assist our support team in solving complex user problems and provide them with valuable customer feedback to improve and streamline support. The majority of your efforts will be conducted via on-site training at the customer (traveling required from time-to-time), conducting webinars, and via online platforms like Skype.

In addition, you will be a key, early member of our pre-sales team and may need to assist in some sales or product team areas – particularly as it relates to recognising opportunities for additional sales or product improvements.

Responsibilities include becoming a product expert, walking customers through implementation, influencing client expectations, and coaching best practices in using our software. Constant communication between sales, customers, development and tech-support team is expected. Your weekly agenda will be 80% client facing, consisting of dozens of tightly scheduled calls, appointments and webinars.

Compensation includes basic salary, contribution to health care and sharing in the annual awards-plan of the sales team.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong administrative skills (high-quality document creation).
Self-motivator, self-starter.
Analytical and technical skills related to software and SaaS.
The ability to motivate others.
A patient and friendly approach to training.
Ability to self-develop training material.
Ability to conduct software testing and UAT.

It will be a bonus if the candidate also have the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years’ experience in required field/s.
Multilingual skills.
Background in software sales (success matrix of reaching targets will be a further bonus).
Background in Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress content development.
Have an understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (API’s), including but not limited to JSON, SOAP and DLL’s.
Have worked with online communications platforms like Skype, GoToMeeting, Join.Me and/or WebEx.
Work experience at a software vendor or software development company.
