Our client is urgently seeking a SOFTWARE SUPPORT PERSON (CONTRACT POSITION ONLY) – position based in Pietermaritzburg.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY AN 8 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION ONLY

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications an added bonus, but not essential.
Assisting clients in resolving issues when they call in or by logging onto their machines via TeamViewer.
Responding to emails.
Check clients IRP5’s on EasyFile and correct them for uploading.
Assistance to clients who come into the office.
Training for new and existing clients.
Backup, restoring, querying SQL databases.
Logging client issues/’nice to have’ features.
Working with Developer to resolve cases (liaise between client and Developer to gather client needs, testing the changes the Developer makes) to get these features into updates.
DMS - Logging onto clients to run and save weekly reports and forwarding to relevant person.
RCM – download images, log on to testing server to process images, remotely log onto client to copy processed images and complete the process on their server.
Programme testing.
Monitor emails.
Administration of the attendance sheets to record leave and report.
General office administration tasks.

Salary package offered: R12 000-00 per month (no benefits offered)
