Intermediate Software Systems Engineer (Telecoms)
A global telecoms firm is urgently seeking an intermediate level Software Engineer to be involved in Software Development, Systems engineering (applied to Application programming), DevOps and Automation.

Minimum requirements include but are not limited to the following:
• Degree or National Diploma - BTech, MTech, IT, Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering
• Any other mathematical and engineering related educational background is also welcome
• 3 - 6 years’ overall experience in a Software Engineering / Development role
• Experience managing a team
• Competent in most of the following areas:
? Software development
? Object Oriented programming
? Dev Ops
? UML
? Basic IP MPLS knowledge
? Engineering Documentation
? Git Version Control
? Agile, SCRUM
? TM Forum
? Master Data Management (MDM)
? UX

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Developing software applications to support network automation, application deployment, business efficiency, customer service delivery and IT operations.
• Using various programming languages such as PHP, C# .Net, NodeJS, HTML, Javascript, Jquery and CSS in order to provide advisory and management of information systems project delivery.
• Maintaining, compiling and translating technical documentation such as functional requirement specifications, business requirement specifications, interface control documents, architecture definitions, acceptance testing specifications and requests for proposals.
