Our client in the Software Sector requires a Software Trainer to assist clients and staff with training, Randburg

Duties:

Develop and deliver training sessions to new and existing customers
Schedule, organize, and coordinate all training sessions and required travel
Participate actively in the development and improvement of training materials and programs
Collaborate with other teams to design training materials and programs that meet the needs of customers
Partner with fellow customer success team members to manage customer relationships
Develop and conduct internal software training
Update training materials to reflect new product features

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in teaching or training
Must be able to speak multiple African Languages
Travelling
Must have a Valid Passport
Own transport and Valid driver's licence (non-negotiable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others
Tech savvy, analytical, and good problem solver
Organized, methodical, and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate complex business software processes effectively
Self-starter and quick learner
