Job Description:
Qualification:
BSc / BEng / BTech in Electrical / mechanical Engineering

Skills & Experience:
Managing teams for the maintenance and inspection of PV Solar Plants
Analyzing and monitoring PV Solar performance remotely on a daily basis
Management of O&M team
Providing solutions and root cause analysis for under functioning Plants
Solid knowledge of PV Solar Plants including Mechanical, AC and DC installations
Solar Plant installation experience
Preparing reports for Exco
Client engagement
Good communication skills
Solid Management experience
Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in Solar

Job Description:
The individual will be required to monitor plant performance on a continuous basis, whilst providing solutions to resolve under performance and manage specialized O&M teams to carry out work on site. You must understand the technical aspect of solar installation in order to fault find and repair plants. Be able to identify and report on all irregularities found on plants. Additionally, you should have excellent communication, previous management and client facing skills. Confidence and solution-oriented are the key traits for this role.
