Solutions Architect (HR)


We are actively recruiting for a seasoned Solutions Architect (HR) with 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar role. The role will involve architecting and leading the development of solutions within the Investment Banking environment.

You will manage change process and establish overall solutions architecture and frameworks.

You will also meet the following Minimum Requirements:
• BSc Degree Information Systems Computer Science or Industrial Psychology from an accredited institution
• Six (6) to Eight (8) years in a Business Analysis or Solutioning role
• Five (5) years experience in implementing
• Five (5) years change management experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the Internet

Practical experience in the following areas would be essential:

• Application of automated systems to the support of specific business functions or processes. E.g.: Business Systems, Messaging and Groupware, Content Management Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of both Human capital and HR technology, practices and theories

• Planning and management of the interaction between two or more networking systems, computers or other "intelligent" devices. E.g.: ISDN, ATM, Ethernet, TCP/IP

• Understanding methods and techniques for structured reviews, including reviews of technical diagrams, test plans, business cases and any other key deliverables. E.g.: peer review, formal technical review, Fagan inspection.

• Collection, analysis and application of historical and synthetic measurements in the estimation of software development and maintenance activities. E.g.: function point analysis, lines of code

• Utilising relevant economic, financial and industry data to assess business performance and making recommendations to ensure continue growth, viability and competitive advantage within sensible risk parameters
