The purpose of the role is to assist the Digital team with strategy to optimize product/brand performance in the market place and achieve set targets. Develops and designs digital solutions and/or advisory tools based on requirements from team. Creates and validates solutions from customer requirements

Qualifications and competencies:
Matric/Grade 12
Degree/Diploma in Computer Sciences or Engineering (Is an absolute must)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT field
• Knowledge regarding cloud enterprise products would be an advantage
• experienced in Cloud Services and Designing IT Enterprise Solutions
• End to end enterprise Cloud solutions understanding is fundamental
• MS Office (Advanced) essential
• Understanding best in practice coding principles and protocols across various platforms.
• Programming C; Java; SQL; Web applications development would be an advantage
• N+ A+ (Networking & Security)
• Understanding cloud concepts and solutions
• Technically minded individual
• Problem Solving
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodologies
• Presentation skills

Key responsibilities:
• Working with internal and external customers and partners to design and architect enterpriser B2B cloud solutions
• Provide first line support on Company allocated Product/s (Logging all support queries received via telephone, e-mail or fax)
• Telephonic technical support to customers and internal staff on AWG product/s
• Following-up on all logged queries to the point of closure;
• Managing & utilizing vendor knowledge bases;
• Maintain relationships with Vendor technical contacts
• Continuously upgrade skills to allow optimum support ability.
• Design and Development of Digital and Integration Solutions
• Assisting in the development of support material for partners
• Building up relationships with all pre-sales and technical contacts at partners
• Working with Channel Managers in managing partner requirements
• Consulting partners when required with relevant product information
• Training of all partners
