CRM / Oracle or Siebel with roadmap experience

The scope of the work is to:

Turn high-level requirement patterns into high-level solution patterns
Define the product configuration (Oracle and non-Oracle), mapped to capabilities (mapped to solution patterns)
Includes products in the public cloud and/or private cloud, as relevant
Understanding WCG dependencies (process, technology, new people capabilities)
Develop roadmap (identifying at least capabilities, services, data at the various points) to take us to an initial state (implementing 4 pilot states) to a complete ecosystem (that covers all requirements covering KPMG’s scope)
Roadmap will help ensure incremental improvement to a common vision
