We are looking for a Solutions Development Manager to manage a team of developers and Business Analysts and ensure that the initiatives at the University are developed, tested and released on time , cost and quality.
Someone who has managed a team of Developers
Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
Can do a gap analysis of how to improve maturity within the team and recommend areas of improvement.
The incumbent must understand the full development process from business analysis, development and release to the customer and should possess both Agile and Waterfall methodology knowledge and experience.
