We are looking for 2 Sales GURUs with New business development experience within logistics as the basic requirement. Please note that the salary is 30k plus commission depending on experience, if we find good people slightly above our CTC, we will definitely look at them.
Please take note of the below coupled with the Job requirements below:

We are looking for an AGGRESSIVE and HARD CORE sales person who takes initiative and is not afraid to sell to CEOs, MDs, GMs and higher levels, in fact that is the level that they are required to sell technical solutions and service.
Someone with STRONG market development exposure: experience in identifying potential markets on their own, breaking doors and creating new business.
Industries to target will include: Big Corporates, Parastatals and Secure Goods etc., experience dealing with such will be a big plus.
We are open to guys with background from Banking, Automotive Companies, FMCG, Mining Industries, Engineering etc. but Logistics background is KEY and they SHOULD NOT be selling a product but selling a solution at higher level.
Tertiary qualification is key as it shows ability to think strategically and enables one to be up-to-date with technology and convey value propositions..
NO sales people who have a trend of moving before the 2 years period is over which means performance is a worry and targets are not being met.
Specific profile - people between 25 and 35 years of age.
Preferably EE candidate if not we can reconsider.
Definitely not a KAM candidate.

PLEASE ANSWER FOLLOWING IN YOUR COVERING LETTER: -

Which markets and clients have you sold to? Please provide more details on what they sold or who they are currently selling to and what.
They must provide proof of targets i.e. Commission statements.
How much were the accounts they handled or are currently handling?
What are their selling tactics? What makes them different?
Have they ever reached 100% of their target or what is their highest target? If so can they provide proof?

W.r.t Travel

They will not be office bound as they need to go out and look for business.
Travel will be involved but they will be reimbursed for it.
There is a commission structure in place.
The more targets they meet, the more their commission will be.

• Sales experience within the logistics environment will be a huge advantage.
• Well-spoken and able to present to TOP Management.
• Stable employment record is very important.
• C-level experience.
• Cross silo sales and territory development experience.
• Driven by selling and meeting targets.
• Exposure to shared sales support.
• Own vehicle with a valid driver's licence.
• Able to work overtime when required.
