We are recruiting for a vibrant and experienced Solutions Selling Expert to join our company. The individual will be responsible for understanding existing and potential clients’ businesses; helping with designing an appropriate solution for them and selling our insurance digital suite of products.

Key tasks:
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate opportunities
• Understanding client’s businesses as well as their strategy
• Identify business challenges and problems within a potential customers and match these to the SilverBridge offering
• Assist with designing an appropriate solution for them
• Provide engaging and articulate information about value proposition to potential customers
• Manage complex enterprise deals throughout the process
• Efficient management of potential clients using existing defined processes as well as improvement on these processes
• Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, face to face meetings
• Meet set targets

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in solutions selling role
• A professional qualification
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience of B2B engagements preferably in enterprise software solutions and digital applications
• Experience working with clients in the financial services industry (insurance industry an advantage)
• Experience presenting to C-level Executives
• Understanding of financial services businesses
• Understanding of digital technology
• Strong grasp and understanding of commercial concepts
• Must be willing to travel in Africa
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Inherent drive and motivation to be successful
