Must have excellent knowledge of wine service procedures. Strong command of English combined with good written skills, team player, ability to up-sell, describe and recommend beverage products. Responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales, maintain high standards of service at all time, be familiar with the latest trends in culinary, wine and spirits, excellent food and wine pairing skills, decanting and storage of vintage wines, stock control, ordering and maintaining good working relationship with relevant distributors.
