Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a first class Sommelier for one of the top 5* Lodges based in the famous Kruger National Park.The Sommelier will be responsible for the wine presentation and service as well as wine sales. The role will involve assisting the Wine manager and Lodge Managers in regards to all the sommelier duties and related guest services. Wine tasting presentations, meal wine services, guest wine sales, maintenance and appearance of the wine cellars and their stock levels will be required.This position is accountable to the Lodge Manager.
