Requirements needed:

1. Applicant should have a minimum of 6 months drilling experience on Sonic Drill Rigs or be in possession of a Sonic Drilling Training Certificate
2. Applicant must be prepared to undergo rig specific sonic drilling training on application.
3. Applicant will only be employed after successful completion of necessary training.
4. Applicant should be literate and at least be able to speak English or Afrikaans reasonably well.
5. Applicant should be in possession of a valid passport or in a position to successfully apply for one in order to travel over the borders.
6. Applicant must be able to undergo health and safety training successfully.
7. Applicant must have a clean police record.
8. Applicant must be able to pass a medical examination.
9. Applicant must be prepared to travel to different African countries although initially indications are that work would be local here in RSA.
10. Applicant should have a code 8 drivers licence but this is not essential.
11. Applicant must be accommodation independent during training and medicals.
12. Applicant must be prepared to be based in Gauteng province.
