A well-established Oil and Gas Company is looking for a Sourcing specialist to join their team Johannesburg.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Btech Logistics or similar
• 3 years’ experience within a Supply Chain Environment
• Ability to multitask
• 2 years’ Project experience
• Six Sigma

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for various sourcing projects
• Ability to meet daily objectives
• Ordering of spares
• Stock Transfers
• Prepare Inventory for stock takes
• Issues to be dealt with instantaneously
• Manage Supplier performance within given time frames
• Negotiation with suppliers with regards to prices, performance agreements and ensure these are all adhered to
• Strategic sourcing
• Constant evaluation of suppliers
• Responsible for supplier scorecard using Six Sigma
• Attend weekly production and delivery meetings
• Identify improvements for the supply chain process
