The lodge has 11 luxury suites.The candidate must have the following qualifications: Professional Cookery Diploma essential.Duties will include the following: Will report to Head Chef. Will assist the Head Chef and other sous chefs with daily management of the kitchen. Assist with Kitchen Administration on the Computer. Manage stock takes. Preparation of meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks.) Previous experience within similar position essential. The candidate must have the following skills: Hands On. Pro-Active. Strong enough to lead a team of junior chefs when the Head Chef and other sous chefs are away/on leave. Good 4/5* Lodge/Game Lodge experience required within similar position.
