AA21931 - A large Conference and Function venue situated in Mpumalanga seeks a Sous Chef (Banqueting) with the following qualifications: Professional Cookery Diploma is essential.Duties will include the following: General Sous Chef duties will apply. Assist the Executive Chef in Daily Management operations. Production and presentation of meals. Previous experience within similar role required.The candidate must have the following skills: Strong Banqueting experience. Must have experience at Sous Chef Level within a busy operation (Large scale banqueting). Good Leadership skills. Ability to lead and motivate staff. Good Kitchen Administration skills required as will need to fill in for Executive Chef when he is away (Menu Planning, Orders, Stock Control, Food Costs, etc). Hands on.
