SOUS CHEF - Fixed Term: Hermanus

This exquisite hotel in a perfect location is looking for a SOUS CHEF to join them for a FIXED TERM CONTRACT (min 4 months)
Salary ±R12 000

-an official Chef qualification
-at lease 2 - 3 years relevant experience as a Sous Chef
-must be able to manage a small kitchen brigade
-work under pressure
-the ability to order produce
-the ability to do stock take
-must be computer literate
-willing to work split shifts
-Meal whilst on duty, accommodation are provided for
