Four years Game Lodge or Boutique Hotel cuisine required.

4 - 5* Game Lodge cuisine experience required.

Experience of stock control and food portioning

Experience in remote Game Lodges

Passionate about Food, Cooking & Guest Relations

Excellent Guest Relations Skills required.

Hands on approach

Good social and interpersonal skills

Effective menu planning

Stable, reputable work history with written and contactable references.

Salary R 8 000 - R 9 000 including accommodation & company benefits.
