Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Must be hard working and willing to learn. Formal qualification would be beneficial. Salary R 10000 - 12000 K nett depending on experience.
