Large catering company requires the services of an excellent Sous Chef with Pastry experience to assist with menu planning and food production. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the running the pastry section of this company that produces for high end VIP client. Must have sound knowledge of all pastries, desserts and ice creams / sorbets. Must be eager and hardworking, with excellent management and communication skills. Must have knowledge of HACCP & hygiene standards, stock control, creative and innovative.
