5* Hotel in Cape Town requires the services of an experienced Sous Chef Tournant to assist in all areas at various units within the hotel. Relevant formal cookery qualification required, 5 years working experience as a qualified chef in a 5* environment required as well as a minimum of 1 year experience as a sous chef in a Top 5* hotel required. Computer literacy and knowledge of HACCP and hygiene required. A proactive candidate with experience in performance management and poor performance management will be required. A mature candidate that is neat and presentable. Travel experience will be beneficial.
